Return Policy

We are committed to delighting our customers. If not 100% satisfied – You are entitled to return or exchange our product within 30 days.


Items must be returned in their original condition accompanied with a Return form and all other packaging, certificates, and or appraisals. Simply follow the Return Procedures below.

Procedure:

  • If you are returning merchandise as a result of error on the part of Diamondhoops.com, or if the product is defective, or if you are dissatisfied with our product within 30 days of receiving our merchandise - we will accept the return FREE of charge. Alternatively you may decide to exchange the merchandise for something else on our website.
  • The return or exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of your receiving our merchandise. To begin the process please visit this page and submit a RMA form.
  • You must return items in new or unused condition including all original packaging, certificates and appraisals in the return shipment. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be eligible for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense. A $150 restocking fee may be charged if all original materials are notreturned.
  • Return shipping charges and additional services and fees incurred will not be refunded.
  • Do not mention the word diamond or hoops or any other words that denote the package may contain jewelry on the outside of the shipment box.
  • A refund will be processed only once our laboratory confirms the jewelry item is in its original condition. Please allow a few days for this process especially during peak seasons.
  • Please make sure the return shipment is insured for the full value. You may ship with US Postal Registered Mail, FedEx, or any other carrier that insures the shipment for the full value. Remember to request a return receipt for confirmation. The return shipment is the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be processed unless an item is received.
  • The following Items cannot be returned: (1) Any jewelry item that has been re-sized, worn, damaged, engraved or modified in any way. (2) Items that are returned lost or damaged due to improper packing. (3) Items that are returned without a Return Form.
